Clean Intralogistics Net presents study on the standardisation of hydrogen infrastructure for intralogistics applications
Commissioned by Clean Intralogistics Net (CIN), greecon Consulting and NOVA Ing GmbH have analysed existing hydrogen applications in Europe and are preparing a recommendation for the standardisation of hydrogen infrastructure for intralogistics applications. A decisive factor for further market ramp-up of industrial trucks and infrastructure is their interoperability across models and manufacturers. Now the results of the study will be integrated into the international standardisation process.
First grid-serving green hydrogen production facility in southern Bavaria
The first grid-serving green hydrogen production facility in southern Bavaria was inaugurated on 19 April 2024, on the site of the future hydrogen centre in Pfeffenhausen. The construction of the facility has been completed, the commissioning phase has begun and is anticipated to be completed by summer 2024.
Start of construction for first high-performance hydrogen refuelling station in Düsseldorf
With a symbolic ground-breaking ceremony, H2 MOBILITY Deutschland, Stadtwerke Düsseldorf and Rheinbahn start the construction phase of a high-capacity hydrogen refuelling station for the state capital in the presence of Mayor Dr. Stephan Keller. Commissioning is planned for the second half of the year. The project is made possible by the value-adding cooperation between the three partners.
H2Ostwürttemberg HyExpert project successfully completed
The HyExpert project entitled ‘H2Ostwürttemberg’ came to a successful conclusion on 16 January 2024 at an event at the Hammerschmiede cultural centre in Königsbronn. The Ostalb district, Heidenheim district and the city of Schwäbisch Gmünd had commissioned Eura AG from Ellwangen to create an implementable hydrogen concept for the East Württemberg region.
HyStarter II phase completed
A total of 15 regions were selected by the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport (BMDV) to participate in the HyLand competition in the HyStarter II category in 2021. Supported by a consortium of experts, the regions each developed a concept for the ramp-up of a regional hydrogen economy. The results have now been published in a comprehensive report.
