The electric mobility specialist conference has established itself as a central platform for exchange on the integration of electric mobility on both municipal and regional levels. The two-day conference is oriented towards municipal and regional decision-makers (particularly in the fleet sector) and a broad range of public experts.

Participants will receive valuable tips based on electric mobility in practice as well as sound recommendations for action from the funding projects of the Federal Ministry for Digital and Transport (BMDV) – information that assists in designing and implementing electric mobility in the local and regional context.

As of now you can register here for free for the digital conference on 7th and 8th April 2022.

A brief insight into this year’s programme
Following a welcome address from Federal Transport Minister Volker Wissing, Daniela Kluckert, Parliamentary State Secretary at the BMDV and Commissioner for the Infrastructure of Charging Stations will discuss with high-ranking industry representatives how attractive mobility and logistics services are to be offered to all and at any time. On the first day of the conference, we will look at the future of electric mobility and how it will potentially change cities and communities.

On the second day of the conference, different safety, health and environmental aspects will be further elucidated: what are the potential hazards?  What about fire protection for e-vehicles? How sustainable is e-mobility really? Over the course of four sessions we will go into detail on the topics of electric commercial vehicles, electric mobility concepts for municipalities and businesses, e-mobility for bus & rail and give specific tips for implementing the e-mobility law in municipalities.
