Nitrogen dioxide and carbon dioxide emissions, noise, particulate matter – the energy transition in the field of mobility also poses challenges for local public transport. Many transport companies are preparing for the future and are now starting to convert their fleets to vehicles with alternative drive systems. The online seminar focuses on buses with batteries and fuel cells, which can exploit their advantages when using electricity or hydrogen from renewable energies. Elena Hof and Oliver Hoch provide an insight into current developments and funding opportunities.
