This year’s H2.0 Conference will be held under the patronage of the Minister of Economics of Schleswig-Holstein, Dr. Bernd Buchholz.

The conference programme, which focuses on the “The Regional Green Hydrogen Economy” (“Grüne Wasserstoff-Wirtschaft in den Regionen”), includes presentations of various projects and practical reports on the status quo of German hydrogen activities. It is anticipated that conference topics will be presented by business, industry, institutions and policy makers from throughout Germany.

To kick off the conference, a number of example HyStarter, HyExpert and HyPerformer concepts for promoting HyLand regions will be presented in the “H2 Projects” section. Approaches being pursued along with the current situation as well as the transferability to other regions will be explored. Under the title “H2 Economy: Status Quo” (“H2-Wirtschaft: Status Quo”), the section on practical issues follows, which provides an insight into the current state of play: contributions on approval practice, suppliers, industry, electrolysis process, transport and heating will be included. The final thematic section, “Politics, Strategy and H2 Cooperation” (“Politik, Strategie und H2-Kooperationen”), will be attended by representatives from politics, existing H2 networks and alliances as well as business associations. In the evening, a network meeting of the Schleswig-Holstein renewable energy community will take place.

The organizers, which include NOW GmbH, the Clean Energy Partnership (CEP) and the renewable energy industry association watt_2.0 e.V., are once again organizing a nationwide conference.
