The E-Trucks.NRW campaign by state company NRW.Energy4Climate GmbH will give companies and fleet operators in North Rhine-Westphalia assistance in switching to electric drives in future.
North Rhine-Westphalia’s mobility company, NRW.Energy4Climate, today launched a campaign to support logistics, haulage and the trade sectors in the state to switch to e-trucks. The goal of the campaign is to foster exchange and to identify and remove existing obstacles to switching to battery-electric trucks together with the relevant stakeholder groups.
Various workshops and networking events that will take place until October 2025 will cover topics such as:
- Selection of suitable vehicles
- TCO development
- Construction and use of the required charging infrastructure
These events will provide objective information about converting to battery-electric drives and assist in overcoming central challenges or information deficits.
NOW GmbH supports the campaign in terms of content and through the exchange of expertise in the network of mobility agencies of both the federal states and the federal government.
