As part of the “Framework conditions and market” topic area of the programmatic accompanying research on electric mobility of the Federal Ministry of Digital and Transport (BMDV), we cordially invite you to the next online meeting of the “Working Group on the Procurement and Integration of E-Vehicles in Fleets” – in short: WG Fleet (Arbeitsgruppe zur Beschaffung und Integration von E-Fahrzeugen in Flotten – AG Flotte) and subsequent workshop on 13 September 2022.
The WG Fleet will take place in the morning from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. In the first part of the event, input presentations will be given on sector coupling and employee charging (also at home). There will also be the opportunity for questions.
In the second part, workshops will be held from 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. To ensure a productive exchange, the number of participants in the workshops is limited to 120. Parallel sessions with a maximum of 30 participants each are also planned. The workshops will focus on your experiences in determining the number of e-vehicles to be procured (fleet analysis), their procurement and their integration into the fleet.
Participation will bring you the following benefits:
- Opportunity to exchange experiences with municipal and private sector stakeholders who are also working on the electrification of their fleets.
- Exciting input presentations with opportunity to pose questions
- Direct transfer of suggestions for improvement for future funding programmes
