Hydrogen (H2) is widely regarded as the most important form of energy for tomorrow - but several questions still remain unanswered: Where specifically does hydrogen have a future and how practical is it as a source of energy? What solutions exist for transport and storage? What are the applications and benefits for municipalities? Where can good examples be found in practice? And obviously: What contribution does hydrogen make to achieving our climate protection goals?
The event, which will be jointly hosted by Fachwelten Bayern, the German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water (DVGW – Deutscher Verein des Gas- und Wasserfaches) and the Association of Municipal Companies (VKU – Verband kommunaler Unternehmen), aims to provide answers to these and further questions and provide a clear H2 perspective. The hybrid format allows participation either online or on location in Markt Schwaben.
Jadranka Pfautsch, Programme Manager Hydrogen and Fuel Cells at NOW GmbH, will report at the event on funding opportunities and political strategies in the field of hydrogen and fuel cell technology in the mobility sector.
