Shaping and implementing electric mobility on a local and regional level – municipalities, municipal companies, public utilities, transport companies as well as companies in fleet management are facing new challenges due to the electrification of transport.
After the specialist conference in 2020 was cancelled due to the pandemic, the key forum for specialists and exchange is back in 2021 to provide practical tips, technical solutions and sound recommendations for action from the funding projects of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI – Bundesministerium für Verkehr und digitale Infrastruktur), to support the establishment and adoption of zero-emission mobility on a local level.
The 7th “Elektromobilität vor Ort” specialist conference on local electric mobility, which organised by the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure (BMVI), will take place as an online conference on 9 and 10 March 2021.
The conference is being organised by NOW GmbH. The event partner is the Metropolitan Region Hannover Braunschweig Göttingen Wolfsburg. Conference cooperation partners include the Deutsche Städtetag (German association of cities and towns), the Deutsche Landkreistag (German association of rural districts), der Deutsche Städte- und Gemeindebund (German association of towns and municipalities) and the Verband kommunaler Unternehmen (VKU – association of municipal companies). Participation is free of charge.
