Political and social framework conditions Requirements for the introduction of e-mobility Reports from involved companies Depot design and charging management Battery development and energy supply training for employees

Shaping sustainable mobility with lower emissions and a higher quality of life are the focus of the conference. The advantage of public transport over other modes of transport in terms of efficiency can be further enhanced by higher capacities and the use of renewable sources of energy. Constantly changing regulatory conditions place high demands on the implementation of this transformation both in terms of the time required and its structuring. The EU is now intervening directly in the technical implementation. The “Clean Vehicles Directive” sets procurement quotas for clean and emission-free vehicles. The German government’s work on climate protection policy reinforces this transformation in the transport sector through changes in tax law, funding programmes and stricter CO2 emission targets.

New systemic approaches are needed for the necessary switch to electrical energy, such as in the form of batteries or hydrogen. Refuelling and recharging concepts, depot design, parking and IT systems for disposition under consideration of the range or refuelling and recharging capacities, need to be implemented.

As a solution provider, we aim to seize the opportunity to move into the very heart of the transformation process and share our experiences with operational and technical implementation, the latest developments, successfully introduced processes, employee training and other topics.
