Electric mobility in local public transport remains one of the most important topics in the transport industry. Against the backdrop of current conflicts and climate change, it is essential that, in addition to the mobility transition, the drive system transition in the bus sector is rapidly advanced. One thing is clear: the decade of the electric bus – whether battery-electric or with fuel cells – has begun.
At the combined conference and trade fair, we will take a look at state-of-the-art technology, the political framework and other key topics such as fire protection and charging infrastructure.
Awaiting visitors will be 4,000 square metres of exhibition space and a programme of lectures on three stages. A new component of the event in 2023 is the Future Congress on Autonomous Driving in Public Transport (Zukunftskongress Autonomes Fahren im ÖPNV).
