NOW GmbH is active in various national and international committees, networks and organizations in order to actively shape the exchange on sustainable mobility and innovative energy solutions. As a federal-owned company, we are guided by the Public Corporate Governance Code (PCGK), which sets the standards for transparent, economical and responsible corporate governance in the public sector. In the spirit of this commitment, NOW GmbH publishes its Public Governance Report and the corresponding annual financial statements every year. These provide insights into our strategic orientation, our main areas of work and the economic development of the company.

The Public Corporate Governance Code (PCGK) contains and defines the standards of good corporate and investment management for companies owned by the German Federal Government. It serves as a guideline for the Federal Government and sets standards for transparent, responsible and economical action by public companies. These include, among other things, clear guidelines on the cooperation of corporate bodies, the continuous optimization of internal processes and the disclosure of management board remuneration.
NOW GmbH is wholly owned by the Federal Government.
In the interests of good public governance, NOW GmbH publishes an annual report on corporate governance in accordance with the requirements of the PCGK. In addition, we provide the relevant documents on the annual financial statements. The publication usually takes place in December of the following year.
