The project aims to harmonise test procedures for starting, operating and shutting down fuel cells at temperatures below freezing point, with a focus on mobile applications (e.g. in cars, trucks or buses).
The project is part of the SGEC cooperation. On the Chinese side, a corresponding project is being conducted by the Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics to drive forward the abovementioned harmonisation between Germany and China.
