Management of NOW GmbH
The management of the federally owned NOW GmbH consists of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Spokesperson, Dagmar Fehler, and Chief Operating Officer, Thomas Eberhardt. They have jointly managed NOW since May 2025.
Dagmar Fehler has been CEO and Spokesperson of the Management Board of NOW since September 2024. After studying computer science with a focus on business informatics at the TU Berlin, she initially worked in the industry in the area of Data & Analytics. She then worked for a leading global consulting company. In a management position, she advised international clients in Europe and the USA on their digital transformation. In addition, she was responsible for the planning and control of the consulting teams for several years. At the beginning of 2020, Ms. Fehler joined NOW as Head of Battery-Electric Mobility & Charging Infrastructure. As co-head of the management duo of the National Centre for Charging Infrastructure, she was instrumental in its successful establishment.
Thomas Eberhardt is a graduate in business administration with degrees from Germany and the USA. He began his professional career at Daimler AG and then held a management position at Toll Collect GmbH for many years, most recently as Managing Director (CFO/COO). Since 2019, he has worked as a consultant in the transport and infrastructure sector. His main areas of focus are the transformation of business models in the field of mobility, support for organizational changes and the optimization of operational processes. He has been working as COO in the management of NOW since May 2025.

Everything related to charging infrastructure is handled in the teams of the National Centre for Charging Infrastructure. Our experts record and plan the need for charging infrastructure, monitor and analyze developments, are familiar with the technical challenges and make municipalities pioneers in the expansion.
Mobility Technologies
The Mobility Technologies division deals with both battery-electric and hydrogen mobility – from drive technologies to vehicles and infrastructures to renewable fuels.
